Belen Hernández, born in Dekalb, Georgia, but raised in Caracas, Venezuela, graduated with a business degree and worked in the banking world to later discover her true passion in the beauty space. It all began when she worked as an assistant for an Italian beauty salon in Venezuela. Around the age of 19, Belen decided to move to the United States to pursue her dream of becoming a professional Aesthetician. From her first job in the states as a salon assistant to a nail technician, she continued to work towards her ultimate goal. In 2012, Belen went back to school and obtained her Esthetician Certificate and Degree. She worked with multiple well-known spas in the area including, Brazilian Wax Company. In 2015, she took numerous advanced permanent makeup courses in Dallas, Texas, and Microblading/Microshading courses in Baltimore, Maryland. Later in 2016, Belen opened Beauty Secrets Spa by Belen and continued training in Colombia for various body techniques and facial treatments. “My
